In a comprehensive, annual plan, Shincheonji’s Word Seminar series begins in Asia and then moves on to Europe, Africa, America and Oceania before ending again in Asia. This ambitious initiative exemplifies the global vision of the Shincheonji Church, which aims to unite faith across geographical and cultural boundaries.

A special highlight of this conference is the gathering of 2,000 pastors from different denominations who will meet in person in Paris, France. Together with the online and offline participants, a total number of around 10,000 people is expected. This high level of interest underlines the high expectations for the event. The conference will focus on unity in the Word of God. The chairman of the Shincheonji Church, Man-hee Lee, emphasises that the Word of God is the key to the renewal and revival of Christianity. “When the leaders of the church become one in the Word of God, we can soar again,” said Lee. This message is particularly relevant at a time when the religious landscape worldwide has been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

In 2023, a total of around 960,000 people took part in Chairman Lee’s Word Seminars in South Korea. The Word Seminar in Asia in the Philippines alone had around 10,000 participants. These impressive figures demonstrate the growing appeal and confidence in the Word of Shincheonji.

Despite the general decline of Christianity during the Corona period, Shincheonji was able to achieve remarkable success. Three times it organised graduation ceremonies with 100,000 participants each time during the pandemic. This success aroused the interest of European pastors, who are now curious about how these achievements were realised. The reason for this, the Shincheonji Church of Jesus emphasises, is the Word of God.
